What happens to my refund if I have changed my credit card in the meantime?

Unfortunately, we are only able to provide you a refund back to the same payment method that you have previously used with us. 

We are unable to book the refund back to another account due to our processes. 

Please reach out to your bank institute if you have had some changes to the initial credit card that you have used to place your order.
